THE PROCESS: FULL CUSTOM ONLINE

Step 1: Order Confirmation

Once you place your order and we recieve any additional information like special requests or missing art files, we’ll get started on your mockup.
We'll email to confirm that your submitted order is exactly how you want it before we move forward.

Step 2: Digital Mock Up

From there, we’ll create a digital mockup showing the artwork size, colors, and placement on the item. All bulk orders include up to three tweaks of the mockup. Once approved, we move on to production!

Step 3: Production

After everything is approved, we'll get started on the production of your entire order! From there your pieces will be hand packed in our DTLA Arts District HQ and will be mailed directly to you. (Or we can handle the nitty gritty and ship straight to your customers / team.)

Are there minimums?

For our full custom sweatshirts, minimums start at 25 pieces. For orders under 25 pieces, email us at hello@ilovewoo.com and we will do our best to accomodate you.

What other colors are available?

All of the colors on the full custom product page are available for orders. But if you don't see exactly what you're looking for, send us an email at hello@ilovewoo.com with the exact colorway you're looking for.

Can I order a sample?

Once your order is placed and we send you the confirmation email, you can request a blank sample of your sweatshirt. If you want a fully produced sample of your sweatshirt, we can do that at an additional cost (typically around full retail price.)

Can I exchange sizes once I get my order?

All custom orders are final sale and not available for exchange or refunds so we recommend making sure you're ordering the correct quantity at checkout. 
But if you ever need to reorder, simply send us an email and we can get started with no extra work on your end!

How do I get started?

Please fill out the full custom sweatshirt form and complete payment to begin the customization process. Once submitted, we'll email you making sure your order is exactly as you want it!

What happens after I pay?

Once you pay and we receive confirmation of your order, we'll get you on our production schedule.
Once your mockup is approved, it will take approximately 2-3 weeks for full production. We will give you a production timeline once we get final approval!

What are the requirements for uploaded artwork?

We need vectorized files of your artwork saved as .ai, .eps, or .pdf. Please do not send us flat images just saved as .ai, .eps, etc. – they need to be vectors. Please make sure to outline your text and that your artwork is sized.
We always recommend taking out a sweatshirt you love and a tape measure to figure out what size works best for your artwork. You could even size it up on your computer, print it out, and lay it on the sweatshirt to give you a better idea!
