Canyon Surf Club began as an homage to our co-founder’s childhood surf break in the Palisades and evolved into a fictional club with a purpose: giving misprinted hats a second life.

Every “reject” that comes through our doors is treated as an opportunity rather than a mistake. Reworked by hand, each one-of-a-kind piece carries a little piece of the California coast, with its own character, history, and imperfections. Nothing wasted. Nothing exactly the same.

Our newest addition is a thin wale cord with a flat bill.
